Delhi – Haridwar – Rishikesh (In Ashram) – Shivpuri – Delhi

  • Day 1 : Arrive Delhi Arrival at Delhi international airport. Please clear immigration and visa formalities, collect your baggage and proceed to the arrival lounge through the green channel if you do not have goods to be declared to customs.Lotus India Holidays representative will meet you in the arrival hall with a placard in your name to greet you. You will be transferred to hotel and will be assisted with the check in formalities. Overnight. (No Meals)
  • Day 2 : Delhi After breakfast full day city tour of Delhi, tour starts with Old Delhi drive past of Red Fort. Visit the Jama Masjid - the largest mosque in India. Later take a Rickshaw ride through the narrow lanes of Chandni Chowk. Afternoon visit New Delhi, which will include photo stop at- Parliament House, India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan, Agrasen ki Baoli and One famousSikh temple.Visit Humayun’s Tomb, one of the best examples of a Mughal Garden Tomb. Later visit Qutub Minar, the tallest brick minaret. Overnight. (Breakfast & Dinner)
  • Day 3 : Delhi – Haridwar Morning after breakfast transfer to Delhi railway station to catch the train to Haridwar. Our driver Pick Haridwar railway station and After check in hotel. Haridwar, one of the most sacred cities for Hindus. Haridwar is regarded as one of the seven holiest places (Sapta Puri) to Hindus. Haridwar presents a kaleidoscope of Indian culture and development. The Ganges emerges from the mountains to touch the plains. The water in the river Ganges is mostly clear and generally cold, except in the rainy season, during which soil from the upper regions flows down into it. The most interesting part of town is Har-ki-Pairi, the town’s main bathing ghat. At dusk the river comes alive with flickering flames as floating offerings are released onto the Ganges. Every evening at sunset priest perform Ganga Aarti (the river wor-ship ceremonie). Overnight. (Breakfast & Dinner)
  • Day 4 : Haridwar - Rishikesh (In Ashram)Morning after breakfast travel to Rishikesh (25km from Haridwar), the Yoga capital of the world. The setting on the banks of the Ganges surrounded by hills is perfectly conductive to meditation. Several temples, ancient and new, are along the banks of the Ganges in Rishikesh. Shatrughna Mandir, Bharat Mandir, Lakshman Mandir are the ancient temples established by Adi Shankar Acharya. Shatrughna Temple is near Ram Jhula and Lakshman Mandir is near Lakshman Jhula. You will also see Ganga Aarti ceremony at Parmarth Niketan. Enjoy a walk in the village. You will be spent at the Ashram in Rishikesh. Overnight. (Breakfast & Dinner)
  • Day 5 – 7 : Rishikesh (In Ashram)Each day will be well planned and a strict schedule will be followed starting from waking up at 5:30 a.m. for a mediation class. This will be followed by a one-hour yoga class starting from 7:00 a.m. You will be served breakfast at 8:15 a.m. after which your time goes in complete relaxation. Afternoon meal at 12:00 p.m. which will be followed by a lecture at 3:00 p.m. and evening tea at 4:00 p.m. Then there will be a two and half hours’ yoga and meditation class starting from 4:30 p.m. and finally dinner at 7:30 p.m.Overnight. (Breakfast & Dinner)
  • Day 08 : Rishikesh – ShivpuriMorning after travel to Shivpuri and On arrival check in the hotel. Then gear up for a walk through the forest reserve. Enjoy the campfire.Overnight. (Breakfast & Dinner)
  • Day 09 : ShivpuriWelcome the morning with a smile and then attend the yoga class which will be followed by a hearty breakfast. A road trip will then take you to Byasi/Kaudiyala. Here we have put river rafting adventure sport for you in the itinerary. (Before venturing in the waters for rafting check for the safety equipment’s and follow the safety instructions properly). Restful meditation will give you the much needed relaxation in the evening. Conclude the day nicely with a campfire and peaceful night stay.Overnight. (Breakfast & Dinner)
  • Day 10 : ShivpuriEarly morning travel to Hindolakhal. On arrival start for a jungle trek to Kunjapuri. Walking through the lush green woods, arrive at Kunjapuri to attend the yogic and meditation sessions. Watch the mesmerising sunrise over the snow-capped Himalayas an exciting wild excursion at Chilla afterwards.Overnight. (Breakfast & Dinner)
  • Day 11 : Shivpuri – DelhiThis morning an advance level yoga class will be there on the schedule for you after which a question answer session will help you identify the changes that you have undergone during the last days spent at the tour. Rafting will take you back to Rishikesh. Lunch will be arranged for you at Brahampuri. Later travel to Delhi. On arrival check in hotel.
  • Day 12 : Delhi DepartMorning after breakfast transfer to Delhi international Airport to board flight to onward destination. back home, feeling contented about a wonderful holiday you spent in the God's Own Country. (Breakfast)
